Almond Coconut Cookies

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup shredded coconut

 

 

 

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in maple syrup and butter. Place small balls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. This recipe was shared with us by Patricia Gervais who took our Reiki Level 1 training in October 2011 at Adi Shakti Yoga Centre (Orléans, Ottawa, Ontario). 1 cup ground almonds (almond flour)

2 tbsp butter, melted or grapeseed oil

1/4 tsp cardamom (or any spice of choice). Spice may also be omitted.(Recipe may easily be doubled)
