A Sensory Excursion!! Explore the 7 Main Chakras (energy centres). Do you know them all? What are their functions, their colours? How do you activate or calm them? What happens when some are out of balance?

Enjoy seven heavenly Kundalini-based meditations for balancing all the chakras. Awaken the chakras with 7 divine essential oil blends (recipes prepared by a Master Herbalist & Kundalini yoga teacher, Ylara of California). Sampling of specific foods appropriate to each chakra. All materials, foods & oils provided. Dress comfortably, bring shawl or blanket. Borrow one of our yoga mats and many cushions. Gong Relaxation at end of workshop to seal your experience. Open to all. Meditation experience not necessary.
