Enjoy the nurturing, healing & delicious company of women for 4 days and 3 nights in a beautiful lake-side retreat in Chénéville, Québec, Canada. Our annual retreat features: a variety of teachers and daily Kundalini Yoga workshops (indoors & outdoors), daily pre-dawn yoga (Sadhana) in the outdoor yoga pavillion, 9 wholesome vegetarian meals prepared for you, Yogi Tea (chai) served all day, access to canoes or paddle boats, an indoor lounge with fireplace, swimming in pristine Lake Dumouchel, far-infrared sauna, modern gym facilities, a quiet meditative property surrounded by forest and walking paths, an outdoor labyrinth. Massage & wellness therapies available at extra cost on-site.
 

Participants may choose the following

Shared Room in the Auberge 2 per room only; one double bed only per room; extra cots available upon request. Each room has its own shower, toilet, sink. Towels and bedding provided.

Or

Camping with their own tent. Indoor showers & bathrooms available for all. Campers bring their own bedding & towels.

Pre-requisite: participants must absolutely have Kundalini Yoga experience (at least 10 prior classes). This retreat will feature meditations & yoga sets which offer more depth & challenge than regular studio yoga classes. The weekend will involve daily mantras & chanting as well as pre-dawn yoga & meditation.
 
Please Note:
This is a non-smoking, alcohol-free & vegetarian event for women 18 and over. This retreat does not provide facilities for children (this is your time to be nurtured after all!). Please arrange your schedule to be present for the entire weekend (late arrivals, trips off-site & early departures are discouraged).
